An Ephraim CATRON, suname reportedly Anglicized from KETTERING, settled on an adjacent claim. He was also from Neodesha and the 1900 census shows that he was born in KY in 1861. My COLEs had a maddening habit of moving back & forth across the state line and the CATRONs could certainly have done the same. Will be happy to share the information I have on the CATRONs who came to Oklahoma Territory.
