It was for 640 acres in Obion County. I would like to find out who paid tax on this land...if a members of John Cummins' family actually inhabited the land and if not to whom the warrant or land was sold. Can anyone provide information about the tax records for Obion, if they exist and in what form and whether deed records after 1824 also exist. Thanks.
