Yes, there is one. No, there is not a 1890 census. There is a 1891 CW Veterans census also. District 1 and 6 of the Obion 1900 has been transcibed by a nice lady and is on the Obion Co Genealogy Site. All the Obion census from 1830 to 1920 are here at the Obion Co Library.
