Here name was Lillie (Lilly) May (Mae) Simmons. She married my granfather, Herbert Minter Ragsdale probably around 1920 or so, and lived in Obion County, Union City area of Tennessee. Fro what I can gather, shortly after the two sons were born in the early to mid 20's, they divorced. Wishing to knwo more about her. Stoies pased down relate to her being at least a large part native american, and there are other storied about her family having some interest in the Reelfoot Packing Plant in Union City, TN. Any help or direction will be greatly appreciated.
