Services were held at mausoleum chapel at Royal Oaks Memorial Gardens in Brookville, Ohio, Tuesday. She was born Oct. 31, 1923, in Samburg, daughter of the late John F. and Lottie (Hutchcraft) Cochran. She is also survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert Watkins; two sons and daughters-in-law, James and Bonnie Yates of Dayton and Michael E. and Teri Watkins of Brookville; her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Mike Cramer of Burlington, Ill.; four grandchildren, James Yates Jr. and his wife, Christie, of London, Ohio, and Caleb Watkins, Callie Watkins and Calvin Watkins, all of Brookville; her great-granddaughter, Kennedy Marie Yates of London; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Cochran of Samburg; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, John F. "Son" Cochran and James Edward Cochran; and her sister, Edna Leonard.
