He was the son of James W. Lockert of Montgomery Co, TN. James was brother of one of my maternal great-grand-mothers. I lived in South Fulton (and across the stateline in Fulton, KY)in my early years (1932-43), where my father worked for the Illinois Central. Both are fine little towns; I last visited them in Sept 2001. Again, thanks for your reply.
