Civil Dist No 8. Beginning at a stake J.T. Johnsons south west corner in T.P.Finch east ? run south with said Finch and Dolpus Sherrill ? 55 poles and 12 links to a stake in Sherrill east boundary line thence north 89 degrees east 14 poles and 10 1/2 links thence north 1 degree west 55 poles and 12 links to a stake in south ? J.F. Johnson thence south 89 degrees west 14 poles and 10 1/2 links ? the beginning containing 5 acres to have and to hold to the said Annie Cherry her heirs and assigns forever and I covenant that I am lawfully seized and possessed of said land and that I have a lawful right to convey it and that it is not incumbered and that I will warrant and defent the title against all persons whomsoever it is agreed that a lien be retained for bal. of purchase money. witness my hand this Dec. 18th 1895.
