Ramsey Registered March 5th, 1860 Know all me by these present that I John W.Wicker for the consideration of five hundred dollars to me paid have this day bargained and sold ? these presents ? ? transfer and convey to H.M. Ramsey and his heirs and assigns ? a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the state of Tennessee Obion County and Civil District No 6 on the waters of dry creek and bounded as follows ? Beginning at the north west ? of the tract and continue with the lands ? John Pryer and James P. Weed the same being Weeds and Pryers and James P. Weed the same being Weeds & Pryers line running thence west with Weeds line to the sourth west ? of the tract, thence wouth to the south east ? of the tract thence east to Pryers line thence north with said Pryers line to the beginning containing by estimation seventy two acres be the same more or less including and excluding twenty two acres which the said Wicker sold to Wm. Ragin. To have and hold to the said H.M. Ramsey his heirs and assigns forever and the said J. W. Wicker ? ? himself his heirs and assigns and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title of said land to the said H.M.
