Anyone have any information on Rachel? Based on her giving birth to Abraham JUSTICE in about 1834, she was probably born about 1810-1814, give or take a few years. I have Elijah ASHER/ASHERT/ASHURST born about 1813, died after June 1, 1860. He was married to 1) Mary aka Polly HALL, daughter of Samuel C. HALL and Lucy (Jane) LAYMANCE; and 2) Charlotte HAMBY, daughter of John HAMBY and Eady WEBB. Anyone have a connection between Elijah and Rachel? He is definitely a brick wall for me. I have speculated he is connected to the John ASHURST family of Anderson Co., TN but I cannot prove this! Georgeanne
