Hello to All, It seems like the Halls, Webbs, Scott and Webbs all got around the county pretty good, not to have a car. Darby Hendrix married Elizabeth Hall in Wilkes Co. NC. Darby is also named in Million Webb Hall's Will. Who was Darby's parents? Rachel Hendix married Mitchel Childress in Knox Co., Tn. Garrett Hendix is listed in the Tenn. Cousins Book, but a wife is not listed. I have heard before his wife's name was Mary. But NO DOCUMENTATION. For a long time I believed Chloe and Letitia father was Garrett, but as time has moved on, NO DOCUMENTATIONS! I have seen the name Morgan Hendrix, but no Moses. Guess it wouldn't hurt to check out all of Garrett's children listed in his will. Sometimes you can find proof by another brother or sister. I would like to get one leg over this brick wall before I get to much older. The death date on Chloe Hendix, I had 1848. I gave the wrong source. It wasn't the 1973 Morgan Co News, but now I'm not sure where I found this date. My files aren't in the best order. Thanks for all ya'll help. I'll keep digging. Hi Linda, I have seen Garrett's wife listed as Rachel and Amenda.Your guess is as good as mine as too which it is.These Hendrix's have to be related one way or the other to have married into the same family. The only thing that I know about her death is that she appeared on the 1840 Morgan Co. cenus and she isn't on any of the others after that. This Hendrix just seems to be yet another Hall/Webb brickwall.As though we needed another one. Where did you find Garrettt and Million's wills? Cathy
