Cathy Maybe by folding the pension record to fit your scan area..then scan the other side. Save as 2 letters with the ending .txt to Word Pad. After the scan of both sides then copy the second page to the first...Did I confuse you????Then you can send it as a txt rather than a jpg. When I scan something that has writing on both sides I place about 10 sheets of unused paper on the back. It seems to keep the print from showing through.
