According to Susie Kreis's Cemetery book it is located on the old Kelly farm. I think a Stonecipther later owned it and he may be the one who donated the land (his grave is one of the oldest listed). Your Wilsons are buried there and you have every right to visit it. This seems to be a growing problem in Morgan County that people don't realize that when they buy property they cannot own a cemetery plot on that land. The last person that I knew owning the land was J. D. McCartt. It has probably been passed on to some of his family if the McCartts still own the farm. Julie, do you know who owns the land now?
