Margery, I've never had anything but AOL either. I've had it since I bought my computer in 1998. I've been on some of the Rootsweb mailing lists for almost the whole time. I have never received all the mail. A lot of times I'll read postings referring to a mail that I never received. I wonder if any other AOLers have had this problem. About a month ago, I couldn't receive mail from my daughter (she's not on AOL). We kept trying just to see if I could get it and I didn't. It finally straightened out. The thing I really don't like is how they keep the junk mail coming no matter what. I've done everything they've said to do to stop it, but it just keeps on coming. I know I should just stop complaining and switch providers, but I sure don't look forward to the hastle. Mary
