Hi all, In looking at the 1900 census in Morgan Co., TN page 94; I find John L. McNEAL age 49, his wife Martha A. age 34, and their 4 children, as well as Stella, who appears to be a daughter of John's from a previous marriage. They are the family above Ole ERICKSON and his wife Mary (nee McPETERS) and their children. In the Morgan Co., TN marriages I find a marriage for John L. McNEAL and Martha McPETERS on 1 Oct 1892. Yet in looking at Morgan Co., TN Cemeteries II, I see that Martha is listed as the daughter of Lindsay & Anna HATFIELD JACKSON. Lindsay and Anna are also on this census page, 2 families above the McNEALs. So - was Martha actually a JACKSON who married initially to a McPETERS? And if so - who was it? I had thought she was the daughter of John McPETERS and Ailcy DUNCAN - but that Martha McPETERS was born in about 1873. Any information would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much, Georgeanne
