"JUNIOR" - of Briceville, MARSEE, MARTY RAY - age 37 of Jellico, Tenn., REYNOLDS, NELLIE HOLLINS - age 108, of LaFollette, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ BRADEN, DAUGHERTY, JR. "JUNIOR" - of Briceville, died on February 6, 2004 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Born in Anderson County on January 30, 1930. He worked as a coal miner with West Coal Company, was a beloved member of Brown's Flat Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and handcrafting wood. Preceded in death by father, Floyd Braden; mother, Nellie Daugherty Byrd; wife, Barbara June Daugherty; sister, Rosa Lee Leinart. Survivors include, daughter, Lori Ann Blair, Briceville; sisters, Pearl Dison and Cindy Lou Harness of Oliver Springs; brother-in-law, Mac Harness, Oliver Springs; step-father, Lonzo Byrd, Oliver Springs; many brothers and sisters-in-law in the Braden family and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held today(Sunday), 2 PM at Brown's Flat Baptist Church in Briceville with Rev. Jay Braden and Rev. Wayne Braden officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery at Gray's Gap. The family will receive friends Sunday from 9:30 AM til noon at Weatherford Mortuary in Oak Ridge, then again at the church on Sunday from 1 - 2 PM. MARSEE, MARTY RAY - age 37 of Jellico, Tenn., passed away Friday February 6, 2004 at his home. He was a member of the Crouches Creek Baptist Church in Jellico, Tenn. Survivors: wife, Michelle Marsee; daughter, Jennifer Lynn and son, Marty Ray, Jr.; father and mother, Doyle Ray and Elsie Marsee, all of Jellico; grandmother, Sallie Treece and grandfather and step grandmother, Willous and Virginia Marsee, all of Speedwell; aunts and uncles, Carl and Alene Powell, Shelby and Jane Carrol Treece all of Speedwell; mother in law and step father in law, Polly and Homer Hackler, Jellico; sister in law, Melissa and husband, Jeff Gray, Williamsburg, Ky.; host of cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday February 9, 2004 at the Llewellyn Funeral Home Chapel in Jellico with Rev. Ellis Hoskins officiating. Burial in the Douglas Cemetery. Visitation 5-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Llewellyn Funeral Home, Jellico in charge. REYNOLDS, NELLIE HOLLINS - age 108, of LaFollette, born March 8, 1895, passed away Friday February 6, 2004 in Huntsville, Ala. She was a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church since 1949. Preceded in death by husband, William I. Reynolds; sons, Hayden, James & William Taylor. Survivors: sons, Joe Reynolds, Frank Reynolds, Ed Reynolds, Leon Taylor; daughters, Joan Whaley, Henrietta Gibbons, Dorothy Carter; 13 grandchildren; several great & great-great grandchildren. Funeral service 6 p.m. Sunday Cross Chapel, Rev. Glen Petree officiating. Interment 10 a.m. Monday Campbell Memorial Gardens.
