Mrs. Heydel was preceded in death by her parents, John William Russell and Ollie Jarnighan Russell; and by five brothers, John William "Junior" Russell, Jr., Kenneth Russell, Willis Russell, Linnis Russell and Lewis Russell. Mrs. Heydel was born April 29, 1933 in Coalfield. She was a lifelong resident of East Tennessee. She was a homemaker and a member of Beech Park Baptist Church. Survivors: husband, Kenneth L. "Bones" Heydel of Oliver Springs; daughters, Victoria Moncier and husband, David of Oliver Springs, Lisa Jones of Weston, Fla.; sons, Stephen Heydel of Knoxville, Russell Heydel and wife, Tosha of Oliver Springs; grandchildren, Eric Moncier of Oliver Springs, Jessie Jones of Weston, Fla.; brother, R.B.
