    2. >From The Knoxville News Sentinel 6 Jan 2004 HEATHERLY, KENNETH RAY - age 60, of LaFollette, NORMAN, DWAIN - of Heiskell, TAYLOR, WILLIAM "BILL" - age 91 of Clinton ========================================= HEATHERLY, KENNETH RAY - age 60, of LaFollette, born July 21, 1943, passed away 12:15 a.m. on January 5, 2003 at his home. He was a member of West LaFollette Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of The Cuban Crisis. Preceded in death by his father, J. Will Heatherly. Survived by his mother, Opal Heatherly; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Wallace Moore; nephew and wife, Bob and Mendy Moore; niece and husband, Amy and David Boruff; great- nephew, Bryan Moore and great-niece, Kelsie Moore; special cousin, Delmus Carter and a host of family and friends. The funeral service will be 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at Cross Chapel, Rev. Ralph Cordell, Rev. J.L. Shoun and Bro. Carl Bradshaw officiating. Interment will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 7, at Bakers Forge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday before the funeral service. Cross Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements. NORMAN, DWAIN - of Heiskell passed away Saturday January 3, 2004 at Clairborne Hospital after a brief illness. Proceeded in death by: parents, Roy Norman and Della Rasnick; and step-mother, Pearl Norman; brothers, Joe and Ray Norman; and sister Wanda Phipps. Survived by: wife, Alene Norman; and children, Wanda Myers of Flordia, Sharon Patterson Roberts and husband Dewayne of Heiskell; sons, Michael Myers of Heiskell, Larry Patterson of New York, Steve Patterson of Heiskell, Jeff Patterson and wife Donna of Hesikell, David Patterson and wife Dawn of Springfield, TN.; sixteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren, two of whom were raised by Mr. and Mrs. Norman Todd Cox and Jason Davis; brother, Tommy Norman and wife Charlotte Norman of Columbus,Ga.; sister in law Helen Hensley of Georgetown, TN.; brother in laws, Roy Roach of Clinton and William L. Roach of California; aunt and uncle, Rev. Lyn and Evelyn McClain. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 with services following with Rev. David White and Rev. Lyn McClain officiating. Military funeral, burial in Blowing Springs Cemetary. Honorary pallbearers will be: Tom Duncan, John Foster, Shannon Hodge and Orlando Valentine. Holley- Gamble Funeral Home of Clinton is in charge of all arrangements. TAYLOR, WILLIAM "BILL" - age 91 of Clinton passed away Monday January 5, 2004 at Windwood Health Care Center. Mr. Taylor was owner and operator for approx. 30 years of Taylor Auto Parts in Clinton. He was a member of Andersonville Valley Masonic Lodge, he was also a long time member of Sinking Springs United Methodist Church. He was a Veteran of the US Marines having served in World War II. Preceded in death by: parents, George Taylor and Roxie Johnson Taylor; sons, William David Taylor, William "Bill" F. Taylor; first wife Eva Haynes Taylor; and sister Mildred T. Williams. Survived by: wife, Elizabeth "Liz" Taylor of Clinton; and daughters, Carol and husband Ed Yonkey of Johnson City, Brenda and husband Joe Bradford of Knoxville, Myra and husband Doyle White of Apopka, Fla.; sons, Phillip and wife Barbara Taylor of Clinton; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grand children; also survived by stepdaughters, Pat and husband Dan Brown of Hesikell; stepsons, Jim and wife Mitch Thomas of Jacksonville, Fla.; Randy and wife Rhonda of Knoxville and Chuck Thomas of Palm Bay, Fla.; 11 step grandchildren and 14 great step grandchildren; nephew, Steven R. and wife Susan Williams of Val Rico, Fla. Honorary Pallbearers will be: David Yonkey, Alex Bradford, Eddie Bradford, Doug White, Barry Brown and Jacob Thomas. Family will receive friends Wednesday January 7, 2004 from 1-3 p.m. with a Masonic service and funeral at 3:00. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
