Happy New Year to all. I have a quest this year to find couples that were married by my grandfather, Rev J. L. Owens. He performed many ceremonies at the foot of their driveway. They would often bring him eggs, sugar, hams, even a load of wood to marry the couple. He was an ordained minister and preached around Coalfield, Mosseygrove, and even in to Anderson and Roane Co. So when you find the certificate of that ancestor, please look to see who married them and let me know. The time frame would be 1900-1950's Thank you Donna
