A suggestion from my TNGENWEB advisor: When you respond to an email that is on the list, get rid of everything except the information to which you are responding. This includes getting rid of headers and the bottom info that states where the original mail came from ... (i.e. tngenweb.org, rootsweb, yahoo, excite, whatever) In case you don't know how.....Click on the info you wish to remove, drag you mouse over it so it high-lites it and then hit the delete key. This will remove all the info at the bottom of your message and shorten the length of the email. Also, when responding to an email, please change the subject line to reflect what you are writing about. Thanks Julie
