Connie William England *might have been* brother of Parthena ENGLAND, daughter of Wiley ENGLAND and Perninae MCCARTT, b: 22 Apr 1853, d: 22 Feb 1927. Parthena married Preston Human's son, Basil Human, on 29 Dec 1866 in Morgan County. I have a bit more on Basil & their kids but nothing much on Parthena. She is listed on 1860 morgan census with parents and a three year old brother, William. That would make his birth 1856/57, rather than 1850. I'd bet that this "William" is same guy that's listed in Wiley England's household in 1870 as "Titus" (maybe he was William Titus or Titus William) at age 14 and "your" William listed on 1880 as age 30.
