Crossville Chronicle obit... Ray R. Brown March 25, 2004 Ray R. Brown, 83, of Sunbright, passed away March 25 in the Country Place Nursing Home in Crossville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia (Jones) Brown; and his parents, George and Lou Vinnie (Lankford) Brown. He is survived by his stepsons, Jerry Jones and Billy Jones, both of Sunbright; grandchildren, Laura Taggert of Galion, Ohio, Jeffery Jones of Nashville and Jason Jones of Murfreesboro; and a host of nieces, nephews other family members and friends. Funeral services were conducted March 27 from the chapel of Schubert Funeral Home, with Bro. Perry Spurling officiating. Interment followed in Union Grove Cemetery. Schubert Funeral Home of Wartburg was in charge of the arrangements.
