BRANSTETTER, MR. EUGENE, age 84 of Deer Lodge, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2007, peacefully at home to join his Lord and Master, surrounded by his loving wife and seven children by his side. Born November. 3, 1922 in Cumberland County, the fourth of fourteen children to the late Miller Henry, Sr. and Lillie Adams Branstetter. He was of the Nazarene faith. He was a veteran of World War ll, with Battery A. Anti Aircraft Artillery Battalion. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 5116 in Sunbright. He was a loving husband, daddy, Papaw, Paw, brother and close friend. He loved hunting, fishing and spending time with all his family.He was preceded in death by his parents; Miller Henry Sr. and Lillie Adams Branstetter, Brothers; Clifford, Ellis, Glen, Miller H. Jr., Archie, Lee, Twins Byrl and Myrl, Sister; Eula Kiser and two infant sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years; Juanita Alene Rusty (Lowery) Branstetter, Son; David and wife, Angie Branstetter, of Deer Lodge Daughters; Sue and Husband George Clark, of Marietta, Georgia, Ann Freytag and husband Glen of Wartburg,Patti Donahue and husband Jerry of Wartburg, TN, Jeannie Ward and husband Phillip of Sunbright, TN, Mary Alice Morgan and husband Larry of Deer Lodge, TN, Sandra Gayle Branstetter, of Marietta, Georgia Sister; Mabel Adkins, of Deer Lodge, Brother, Cecil D. and wife, Charlotte Branstetter, of Nashville 16 Grandchildren, one step grandson, 27 Great-grandchildren, all of who he loved very much, a host of nieces, nephews and friendsThe family will receive friends Saturday evening, 5 to 8 P.M., September 22, 2007 at Schubert Funeral Home Wartburg.
