Alred, age 76, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully June 9 in Fern Park, FLA after a long battle with cancer. She was born June 17, 1930 in Harlan, KY. She was a member of Killarney Baptist Church in Witner Park. She retired from Orange County, where she was a custodian at Lockhart Middle School. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Walden; mother, Hester Hatmaker Walden; brother, James T. Walden; sister, Mary E. Williams. She is survived by her children, Ronald Edwin Alred, Sue D. He was a passionate employee for General Motors for well over three decades. He was born July 4, 1925, in Middlesboro, KY; he was the son of the late Robert Manuel Cobb and the late Julie Melvina Miracle Cobb. He was a retired millwright. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served during World War II in the Pacific Theatre with beach landings on Peleliu and Okinawa. He had many good friends and was a member of The Church at Liberty Square. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lisa Diane Cobb; brothers, Levi, Bill and Walt Cobb; sisters, Allie Capps, Hattie Cobb and Nancy Hoskins. LaFollette Press June 14, 2007 Ellis Deneen Frazier, age 89 of Hillsboro, OH, formerly of Wooldridge was placed in the arms of Jesus on the morning of June 2. He was a World War II decorated veteran, beloved husband and father. He was also in the prison ministry as well as being an active and staunch pro-life supporter. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Mildred; daughters, Judy Webster(Ed), Barb Smith (Ken); son, Richard Frazier (June); sister, Billie Lois Webb; nephew, Gary Gilbert; grandchildren, Butch, Scott and Kevin Webster, Jason and Christopher Smith, Elizabeth Bailey and Andrea Lamb; 13 great grandchildren. She was born March 27, 1935, at Stinking Creek (Charlie Holler) the daughter of the late Lewis David Walden and Ella Campbell Walden. She was a loving wife and mother. Pauline was a member of Friendly Valley Baptist Church. She enjoyed family gatherings, cooking for others, baseball, and collecting dolls and dishes. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Fannie Baird and Lassie Tackett; brothers, Rev. Fred Walden and twin brother, Paul Walden. She was born in Coal Creek, TN now known as Lake City, September 7, 1921. She worked at Baltimore Shipyards and Oak Ridge during World War II, the shirt factories in LaFollette and later retired from Palm Beach Company in Knoxville in 1980. She moved to Arizona in 1981. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. Wayne Grunder; mother, Mary Arthur; brothers, William D. Grant and Kelly Grant Arthur. She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca F. Ford (Rick) of Phoenix, AZ; sons, Kelly L. She was a 1984 graduate of Lenoir City High School and Draughon's Business College. She was a realtor for Rocky Top Realty and a member of First Baptist Church in Lenoir City. She was loved by everyone who knew her for her beautiful smile and her compassionate nature. She loved sharing her life with her friends and was always there for anyone in need. She lived life to the fullest and enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping in Key West and spending time on the lake with her many special friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Erskin Foshee, Eula Laughlin, and David Laughlin.
