The annual reunion for Stonecipher family and their descendants of Morgan County will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2007, at Cove Lake State Park, Campbell County, TN, Shelter HOUSE #2, which is the first entrance into the park beginning at 12:00 noon. A covered dish and drinks are welcome. Joseph Marion Stonecipher, a revolutionary war soldier from N. Carolina, and his wife, Salome, came to Morgan County in the early 1800's. His ancestry can be traced back to a Johann Steinseiffer b. abt. 1580 in Oberschelden, Germany.
