Ellon, I grew up with a Becky Walker in the Sunbright/Burriville area. Yes. Her father, Junior Walker, was my first cousin; making Becky my second cousin. Also, her mother, Georgia, divorced Junior and some years later Georgia married my brother, Leroy Daniels. Both Georgia and Leroy have passed away. Leroy died shortly after Georgia died. And I'm the worlds worst with dates, but I believe it was in 1998. I know they both died before my mother did. My Mother was Edith Walker Daniel Hamby. My father was Jessie Roy Daniel. He and my mother divorced in the late 1950's. Both remarried, Daddy to a lady that lived in Clinton. They have both passed away. My mother remarried to S.V. (Sylvester) Hamby. He passed away in 1964. I have five sisters still living: Velva England (Sunbright), Iola Hamby (Wartburg), Bonnie Bates (Lancing), Faye Robbins (Kingston) , and Ruth Scarborough (Lancing). We lived in Wartburg for 27 years; moved to Lenoir City in 1999. I married Bobby G. Human. He was born at Mill Creek (Sunbright). We have one daughter, Crystal Leho, and two granddaughters, Peyton and Katie. So now you know, as Paul Harvey says, "the rest of the story".
