YOUNG, MR. ROY T., age 61 of the Armes Chapel Community, passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday, July 4, 2007. He was a member of the Emerald Lodge # 377 of Wartburg. He enjoyed gardening, the outdoors and spending time with his grandkids. Mr. Young was preceded in death by mother; Delia Young. He is survived by daughter; Darlene and husband Jeff Armes; Son Ralph and wife Selena Young all of Wartburg. Former wife of 38 years; Nannie Mae Byrge of Wartburg. Grandchildren; Jessica L. Armes, Roy L. Young, James Truman Young, Johnathan Blake Young, Sierra Young and Adam Young all of Wartburg. Father; Ralph Young of Wartburg. Brothers; Eugene Young of Clarkrange, Ray and Donald Young of Wartburg. Sisters; Loraine Tackett, Pauline Leab, Charlene Jones, Carolyn Sue Carroll, Linda Ann Jones and Mary Ellen Byrge all of Wartburg. Special friends; Mitchell & Marsha Young, Mark Phelan, Steve Armes, Marvin & Tammy Massengale, Billy & Dana Fox, Andrew & Beverly Beasley and Ava Byrge. The family will receive friends Friday July 6, 2007 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Wartburg. Masonic services and funeral service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Bro.
