SEIBER, RONALD EDWARD, age 54, a resident of Knoxville and formerly of Oliver Springs, died Tuesday, August 25, 2010 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Mr. Seiber was born on the 20th day of January, 1956 in Oliver Springs. He served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. Ronald worked in the heating and air conditioning business before his disability. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ezekiel Seiber and Lucille Smith Seiber.
