LONG, ESTELL B. - age 79 of Wartburg passed away Sunday night, June 13, 2010, at Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. He was an active member of Mossy Grove Baptist Church of Wartburg, Omega Masonic Lodge # 536, Knoxville Scottish Rite and the Kerbela Shriners. Mr. Long was preceded in death by parents, Ewell and Louisa Long; brothers, Jr., Homer, and Roy Long; father in-law and mother in-law, Virgil and Louise Mullins. He is survived by faithful wife of 41 years, Pat; brothers in-law Virgil (Pearl) Mullins of Knoxville, Danny (Jennie) Mullins of Coalfield, Doug (Darlene) Mullins of Oliver Springs; sisters in-law Helen Ray of Dyllis, Phyllis (Tony) Dutton of Kingston, Pam (Harral) Bryant of Kingston, Linda (Barry) Coker of Memphis, Emily (Gary) Conleay of Georgia, Robin Futrell of Knoxville; brother, Jack (Margaret) Long of Oliver Springs; best friends, Eugene and Bobbie Duncan of Wartburg; several nieces and nephews who he dearly loved and enjoyed, along with his church family of Mossy Grove. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at Mossy Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Jim Disney and Bro. David Goodman officiating. Interment will be Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estes Cemetery in Coalfield, TN. Jackson-Oliver Mortuary of Oliver Springs is in charges of the services.
