WILLETT, CHARLENE JOINER - age 42 of Oakdale passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2011. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Burr and Marie Joiner. She is survived by her husband, Eric Willett of Roane Co.; children, Candice and Erica Willett; mother, Glenda Summey of Knoxville; brother, Bennie Summey, Jr. of Union Co.; sister, Peggy Martin of Knoxville; father, Buddy Violet of Knoxville; half sister, Brenda Rogers Houston of Union Co.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Pete and Jenny Wright of Roane Co.; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special thanks to Vanderbilt Medical Center and Bonnie of Amedysis Hospice and a very special thanks to Miriam. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday, July 22nd at Byrd's Chapel Church with Rev. Eddie Click officiating. Burial will follow in the Byrd's Chapel Cemetery.
