He was preceded in death by his parents; Thomas and Mary Kover, son; Jimmy, son; Tom Kover and wife Arline, sister; Beatrice Brown, He is survived by his loving wife; Justine Sells Kover, Children; Randy, Patti, Rhonda and Angie, Grandchildren; Michael, Michelle and Randy, great-grandchildren; Kara, Bailey and Rickie. He is also survived by Mother, Kathy Carroll and Father, Don Carroll. Two brothers, Amos Morgan and wife Peggy, Jimmy Jo Hamby; Four sisters, Jo Anne Spurling and husband Brian, Judy Carroll and husband Arnie, Donetta Shannon and husband Keith, Kassy Walker and husband Charles. Four nieces, Ashley Davis, Jesica Warfield, Matessa Hawn and Cheyanne Spurling. Ten nephews, Grant and Preston Steelman, Mikey Waters, Jordon Spurling, Will Carroll, Houston, Heith and Kole Shannon, Levi and Tylee Walker.
