    3. JONES, MRS. JoANNA LOU, age 62 of the Chestnut Ridge Community, passed away Tuesday April 26, 2011. She was a member of Adams Hill Baptist Church and was a born- again Christian. She was preceded in death by her parents; Lawrence and Rosa Adkins Sumner, Brother; Zane Sumner. Sisters; Phyllis White and Priscilla Sumner. She is survived by her husband of 47 years; Danny Jones, Daughters; Rosanna and Freddy Melton of Crossville, Cindy and Nick Tamboso of Chestnut Ridge, Sons; Brandon and Kendra Jones of Colorado, Danny and Hila Jones of Crossville. Grandchildren; Hannah, Jacob, Max, Danny, Tucker and Nathan. Great-grandchildren; Hayley, Heidi and Holly. Sisters; Devonia Jane Long of Hobbs, New Mexico, Ella Rogers of Tyler, Texas, Ann and James Graves of Chestnut Ridge. He was born August 12, 1933, in Johnson County Missouri, the son of Jim and Ruth Jordan. Mr. Jordan, throughout his life enjoyed many hobbies including, cb radios, motorcycling, computers and electronics. His greatest passion was the joy of his family. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Lola Mae Jordan. He is also survived by son Jeff Jordan of Athens, Tennessee; son Kevin Jordan and his wife, Michelle of Oliver Springs, Tennessee; daughter, Amy Andrews and her husband Lee of Frankfort, Kentucky; grandchildren Jennifer Tomlinson, Dianna Fuda, Amanda Jordan, Bethany Jordan, Henry Andrews and Isaac Andrews; a sister Donna Guerry of Kingman, Arizona and a brother Ron Jordan of Kingman, Arizona. GRACE STANCIL, age 87, formerly of Harriman, passed away Wednesday April 27, 2011 at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC. She was the daughter of Major Washington and Vista Paralee McCoy Stancil. Grace was a proud graduate of Sunbright High School, Class of 1944. She retired from Burlington Mills after 30 years of faithful service and was a member of South Harriman Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by three husbands: Hobert Price, Kenneth Howard and Charlie Willard Devaney. One granddaughter: Tristan Rose Mathis. Two brothers: Wade and Carl Stancil. And one sister: Myrtle James. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law: Gwyn and Terry Mathis And one grandson: Terry Allison Cobb Mathis all of Stanfield, NC. One brother: Charles Stancil of Morgan County and a host of nieces, nephews and other family, friends and loved ones.
