My husband's mother was Susan Jane Langley Liles from Wartburg. Her mom was Mary B. Reynolds Langley who supposedly came from Scott County. She died shortly after a brush fire incident near Jackson Mountain in the Coalfield area after her skirt caught fire. I would love to have more information on these Langley's too. Teresa, the Coalfield Genealogical & Historical Society may have some information. I know a Reynolds researcher and a Liles/Lyles researcher and will try to put you in touch with them.. Can you tell me more about the fire? When was it? Where is Jackson Mountain? Judy Spradlin, President, CGHS The May Sexton McGlothin Foundation is now online at maymcglothin.org!
