PORTER, CECIL DAVID (DAVE), age 74 of Lancing passed away Wednesday March 30, 2011 at Roane Medical Center. He was of the Catholic Faith. Retired Master Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force having served 21 years and receiving several metals and commendations. Preceded in death by his parents John Porter and Montie Arrowwood Porter, brother Jim Porter, and half brother Bill Elliott.
