    3. POLAND, RUBY JANE ALLEY - went to be with her Lord on January 2, 2011 at age 98 and 5 months. She was born August 1, 1912 to Bill and Myrtle Alley of Morgan County. She was one of the oldest members of South Harriman Baptist Church. Ruby spent her married life taking good care of her husband and her children. She loved all children and all children she met loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband Roscoe Poland, her parents, one infant child, Joyce Gayle Poland and one brother, Dave Alley. Survivors: daughter & son in law, Peggy & Ira Truxell; son & daughter in law, Arlan & Lucille Poland; daughter & son in law Wanda & Leon Lowery; daughter & son in law, Vickie & Cecil Jenkins; grandchildren, Stephanie Dolsen, Lori Thompson, Amanda Futrell, Jeff Poland, Jana Poland, Cheryl Tapp, Richard Lowery, Shanda Martin, Brian Jenkins; 14 great grandchildren. Thank you to caregivers, Lorene Purdy and Jean Wilson. Funeral 7 PM Tuesday at Kyker Funeral Home Chapel in Harriman with Ken Isham officiating. Interment 1 PM Wednesday at Roane Memorial gardens. CLOEVA, age 84 of Mossy Grove, passed away Saturday January 1, 2011 at Park West Hospital, Knoxville. She was a Life Member of Harriman VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Post 6598, and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by; parents, John and Laura Lumpkins, husband, Johnnie T, LaRue, brothers, Hugh Lumpkins of LaFollette and Dempsey Lumpkins of Oregon. Mrs. LaRue is survived by children; Betty Marquez and husband Ed of Burrville, Lonnie Larue and wife Carol of Wartburg, Johnny LaRue and wife Martha of Summerville, SC, Robin Howard of Wartburg. Brothers; Hoyle Lumpkins of LaFollette and Poe Lumpkins of Ohio. Sister; Jean Montgomery of Clinton. 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday, January 3, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Schubert Funeral Home, Sunbright. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 P.M. with Bro.
