HOWARD, Reba Fay age 79 of Hamilton (Ohio) passed away on Friday, December 3, 2010 at 6:20 AM. She was born in Wartburg, Tennessee on June 8, 1931. Reba was a member of the Tuley Road Church of the Nazarene. In 1947 in Jellico, Tennessee she married Blackburn Howard and he preceded her in death in 1994. She is survived by her son Darrin; her daughter, Deborah and her husband Dan; three grandchildren, Ashley, Mark, and Kaitlin; her beloved cat Patch; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Blackburn Howard; and eight brothers and sisters. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 1:45 PM with Pat Lamance-Oaks officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 12:15 PM to 1:45 PM. HINES, GERALDINE QUEENER, age 96, a resident of Coalfield, died Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Life Care Center of Morgan County. Mrs. Hines was born on the 14th day of August, 1914 in Harlan County, Kentucky. She has lived in Coalfield for the past 49 years. Geraldine was a homemaker, a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the Midway Baptist Church in LaFollette. She was preceded in death by her parents; Henderson and Maggie Humphrey Queener, by her husband, Willis Donaldson "Donnie" Hines, by a son, Bill Hines, by a daughter, Donna Faye Hafner, by brothers; Jim and Roy Queener, by sisters; Frankie Jones and Geneive Henderson and by a grandson, Dan Hafner. Mrs. Hines is survived by a daughter, Wilma Berryhill of Coalfield, by grandchildren; Craig Berryhill of Coalfield, Karen Smith and husband, David of Sidney, OH, Ward Hafner of Crossville, Ron Hafner of Oak Ridge and Jerry Hafner of Louisiana. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and extended family members. The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 14, 2010, between the hours of 5:00 and 6:00 pm at Sharp Funeral Home.
