    3. Thanks for the info Cathy!!!! This does help, give me something to go by as I search for information on my Justice line. I will say this though, Squire and Sarah aren't buried in the Union Cemetery, Just in case anyone else searching this line reads this. As you've said before verification is important and this is a place to start. Squire is buried in the Justice family cemetery here in Coalfield out on Camp Rd. I spoke with Squire's Great grandson who told me Squire is buried there with his third wife Catherine, one of the great granddaughters and gggrandsons purchased headstones for Squire and Catherine, and for their son Joseph who is also buried there. Sarah Russell (his second wife) is buried in Oliver Springs (down in what I'm told they call "the cove" in a family cemetery which used to be in the middle of the woods but now if actually in someone's back yard. I am meeting with a cousin this weekend (Sunday if weather corporates) and he is taking me to the gravesite of Sarah, I will take pictures and will be happy to share with anyone who is interested. I will be going to Squire and Catherines gravesite as well, will have pictures of that as soon as I get to go, waiting on my uncle to go with me. I have been able to find lots of information on Squire's family with Catherine Jackson, but have had very little luck finding much about his family with Sarah Russell (THANK YOU FOR THE CENSUS RECORDS!!!!!!!) I've found nothing so far listing Sarah's parents. Would seem as if Sarah Russell is my Justice brick wall so to speak, and she's the one I'd love to know more about. I'm connected through Marion Justice, so I'm really interested in knowing about his mother. Anyway, Thanks again for all your help!!!! Georgeanne, thank you too!!!! BTW was there any contact information for Jeffery?? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cathy" <mamartin@highland.net> To: <TNMORGAN-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, December 12, 2003 5:33 PM Subject: Re: [TNMORGAN] Sarah Russell, wife of Squire Justice > > PROUD WIFE OF TENNESSEE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SGT. 3. Hi Veronica and Cathy, In my notes I have that Squire JUSTICE died before 4 July 1893, and Catherine after the same date. This is based on a deed. Which of course is at the family history center on microfilm - and I probably won't get back until after the holidays. But at least it gives you a date - I did not document the page number or the deed volume. Sorry. Squire JUSTICE was the brother of Siloma Ann JUSTICE, who married Leroy McPETERS. I established her father by 2 different deeds: Tennessee, Morgan Co., Deed Books Book N pg 586 (N: 587) Dated 4 Oct 1867 Book P pg 641, pg. 432 Dated 6 May 1870 Witnessed by Jonathan McPeters HTH! 3. Hi Jackie, Gerry,Georgeanne and Cathy, I can't remember just what questions I needed to answer at the moment. But thank you Jackie for the correction on Rhoda Elmore. Have you seen the marriage record on Mitchel Webb and Rhonda. 24 November 1806. It gives Culbert Webb as Mitchel 's father. (Marriage Records of Adair County, Kentucky 1802-1840, page 121.) I also have a DAR application from a lady who is from the Mitchael Webb line. She had proved her line back to John Webb, Sr. as a patriot. I can't put my hands the document just this moment. Gerry, I have Willis Webb and Margaret Stewart buried at Carpenter Cemetery in Scott Co., Tn. Do you have the History of Margaret and Willis Webb told by Siddie Bunn Smith? I'm not sure where I got this from. Maybe it was Morgan County Genealogy room. There is also a short History of Larkin Bunn. I guess you have all this. Georgeanne..............what can I say? I think you have my Moore's. They are all from White County and Van Buren County, Tn. The James Moore that married your Mary or Polly is not the same man that married Mary Scott. That James was from Knox Co. Tn.and was a confederate soldier from there. My Moores have been very hard to follow in White and Van Buren Co Tn. The revolutionary soldier Samuel Moore came from North Carolina. Also when ole Edward Freels split his family up, White Co is where most of the sons when to. That's another story. On the Breedlove. I do not have the parents and siblings for William A. BREEDLOVE who married Cloah HALL. And I don't know or have anything about John BREEDLOVE who married Martha McPETERS, who might have been a brother of William A.. What about Mary Franky Breedlove (1866-1959) that married Russell Freels? Anything on her family? She's a little younger. Cathy, I have not forgot that you asked about the connection from Million Webb and John Webb, Sr. I can not put my hand on this document either. Francis Webb is a witness on the Will of Million Webb Hall. Also, on Million and John's father will, Merry names them and give them slaves. John and Million's family all leave Virginia after the death of their mother and all end up in Wilkes Co. NC in the same time frame. I'll shut-up now. Have a wonderful day! 3. Linda, I just checked the census info I had. James and Mary are in Jackson Co., TN in 1850. I need to look back and see why I had White Co. in my notes. It is probably from a court record - but I will look again. In the meantime, below are the 1850 and 1860 census findings for the family. HTH! 3. Hi Linda, Gerry, Cathy, and Jackie, Well I checked what I had on the John BREEDLOVE family in the 1870 and 1880 census. I did not find Mary Franky BREEDLOVE among the children. :-( The children I have are as follows - ages are based on my 1880 census data transcription. 1880 TN, Morgan Co. John BREEDLOVE W M 52 b. NC Farmer Parents born: NC, NC Marthy J. BREEDLOVE W F 54 b. TN House Work Parents born: NC, TN Rufus E. BREEDLOVE W M 25 b. TN Works On Farm Hopy F. BREEDLOVE W F 23 b. TN House Work William J. BREEDLOVE W M 16 b. TN Works On Farm John M. BREEDLOVE W M 12 b. TN Works On Farm I wish I had more on James W. MOORE. Is this a direct line for you? I had wondered if he might have died during the Civil War since he leaves Mary a widow by the time she signs a deed in 1868. I never have located where she was buried. Or James for that matter. I did not find Mary in the 1880 census. But I did locate some of the children. I did not look for a Civil War Pension record for Mary - has anyone else? What a great day for putting some of our pieces together! Thanks for the discussion everyone. Georgeanne

    3. PROUD WIFE OF TENNESSEE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SGT. CURRENTLY ON TRAIN UP FOR DEPLOYMENT FOR KOSOVO. Hi All, I had this information on John that married (I had her listed as Unknown Childers) Charity.I had this information naturally due to the fact that their daughter Ede married John Hamby.I have been trying to tie this, what I have been calling the third set of Webbs, for a long time.I have been conversing with a man named Bob Hamby for a long time. He descends from this John and Ede Webb Hamby. So we have desperately been trying to tie both our Hamby and Webb lines. So far we haven't been able to do either. Did this information come from a will? If not what source do you have? If this is the lineage of John and Mitchell ,where does Francis fit into all of this? Cathy
