Gibbs married Katie Marie Sinks, daughter of Elias Henry "Larse" Sinks and Ada Underwood. She was born April 15, 1894 in Baggetts Chapel, Montgomery, TN, died August 28, 1946. Lawson Sanford was living two households from Thomas Gibbs in the 1870 census so I believe this is the Alice Gibbs that he married.
