My greatgrandfather was Lyman Otis AVERITT born 4-8-1892 in Clarksville, Montgomery county, Tennessee and died on 12-15-1983 Royal Oak, Oakland county, Michigan. He married Rebecca Ida Parchman born on 2-1-1896 Cumberland City, Stewart county, Tennessee and died on 10-7-1993 in Royal Oak, Oakland county, Michigan. They were married on 11-25-1915 in Tennessee I believe Montgomery county. His father was a William Gordon AVERITT and his mother was Winnie Wardern married in Houston county, Tennessee.
