The book, if available can be purchased directly from the author. I emailed her tonite and am waiting for a reply. I got my copy in 1999. I think it was about $40 or so. I don't think the country of origin for John & Margaret Hutchison has been uncovered yet as the book begins in Virginia with John and Margaret in 1770--with the earliest known records being the purchase of land.
