There is a David Reed on the 1783 Greene Co. Tax List. Does anyone have any info on this line of Reeds? Also there is a David Reed in the Index to Early Wills amd Administrations as follows: David - 1838 willbook 2, pg 392 - Maury Co. Does anyone know anything about this line of Reeds? I'm looking for the father of my 3 gr grandmother, Nancy Pearl Reed who m. John W. Randolph supposedly in Maury Co. I've been told that her father's name was David and her mother's name was "Shewn" who was possibly Native American. Please help if you can. Anything appreciated. Jan
