Kathy, Elzie Rhea Biter was the son of Marshall Biter which was Robert's brother, the birthdate and wifes name is correct but if you look at the 1910 census he is living with Marshall and it says son. The Biter book is at the Clarksville Library it also states that Rhea was the son of Marshall. They had another brother William Oliver Biter and he was my great great grandfather. 1910 Census Lena looks like Lillian and Lucy Pearl looks like Limpu.
