Hi all----I found a hard copy of page 46 Census Report of School Children. Someone has hand written 1894. Also on the left side handwritten School Children Book 1. Listed are names of parents or guardians, names of children, number, age and male or female. One on that list is Bettie Knight, who had a daughter, HARRIET KNIGHT, who I was told married a COLEMAN, first name never determined. Bettie is listed as the parent or guardian of JACK COLEMAN #64, male, age 15. Now I think this Bettie Knight was my ggrandmother,(ELIZABETH FRANCIS), who marr RICHARD KNIGHT Jan 19 1853. Montgomery Co. TN. Half way down the page is a hand written heading it has, Thomas District No. 21. My questions are, is this in Trigg Co. KY or in Stewart, Montgomery Co. TN? In 1894 where would Thomas District 21 be? Evidently a prior page would show what District Bettie Knight and Jack Coleman would have been in. Would like to know if anyone has any access or could tell me if this would be in court records or school records? I will list all the names in case someone else would be interested.
