Along with preserving an old family Bible, how about a framed family record? The glass on the frame is broken. Can this record be laminated for permanent preservation or what can be done? Deanna
If the document itself isn't damaged, you might take it to a frame shop and have then replace the glass and the backing. They can use archival (acid free) materials that will help preserve it. You can also make a copy and laminate that. As another reply said, never laminate the original. Elaine Oakes > Along with preserving an old family Bible, how about > a framed family record?
