I'm interested in knowing who is buried in the John Nolen Cemetery which is located on Langford Road--just off Hwy 41A South. It is a small cemetery surrounded by a fence in the middle of a field (or it was a field when I was last in Mont. Co). Don't know who owns the property now--it belonged to the Smith family back before the 70s. Anyone know about this cemetery? It is listed on the cemetery page of the Mont. TN genweb, but has not been cataloged. IDA DEAL

Ida, it was cataloged in 1967: Darnell, Jones, Alley & HOGAN, Cem. Recs. Montg. Co., TN, Vol 1 (Clarksville, TN: privately printed, 1968) OUT OF PRINT, p. 54, contains the listing I made in 1967: Hollis, Daniel, Nolen, and some Alley's and Hollis' without inscribed stones: 7 inscribed stones, and 7 other known burials.
