I am looking for information on Robert Gray and his wife Ida Belle Davis Gray. They were married 9/26/1915 and lived on Stafford Street in Clarksville. Robert Gray was reported the son of Henry Clay Gray and Lillie Gray, but I don't know what county he was born in. Ida Belle Davis Gray was apparently the daughter of James Oliver Davis (Born 6-9-1848, died 7-24-1925) and Virginia Trotter Davis (Died 3-22-1922). They apparently had two children Henry Clay Gray (born in Clarksville 5-21-1919) and Robert Gray Junior. I don't have much other information. Richard, I had a great Aunt that lived on Stafford St. and her sister still lives there Bessie Gray b. 1909 she can't hear on the phone or I would call her. I will try to reach one of my cousins to see if there was a connection to your Grays. Is James Oliver Davis the son of Joseph & Eliza Martin Davis?
