    3. Hi Listers, I am researching the Page family, for which two landed in Montgomery county. One is William M. Page who m. Susan A. E. Weakley. If there are any descendents on the list I would like to share with you. The other is Harvey Page. I think he married Rebecca Ann Parham in 1847. In the 1895 Montgomery county directory he is listed as living in Clarksville on Martin St. and being a blacksmith. I think he is the older brother of William, as he was a wagon maker and well respected in Clarksville. Since both were born in Davidson co., then turned to Cheatham, it would figure that they would land in Clarksville. If anyone out there can help, I would greatly appreciate it. 2. Hi Elsie, Can you help me with my Ambrose Martin. He is the father of Louisa Martin that married Moses Yarbrough in 1842. I found the will of Jesse Martin (1821 in Mt . Co. TN.) that has a son named Ambrose. I also found a will of William Martin ( 1800 ) that was a son named Ambrose. Is this what you have? Thomas Martin died 1760 William Martin died 1800 Jesse Martin 1760 - 1820 Married Francis Corlew Ambrose Martin 1779 -1850 Louisa Martin 1823 married Moses Yarbrough. Please let me know if this is what you have! I am very very confused with all of these Ambrose Martins. Gayle Black

In fact I didn't see any of these on the site. As, I said, they aren't in very good shape and I'm not sure how well they will scan, but when I get a chance I will give it a try. 3. Hi Elsie, Now, see there! I just knew there had to be more than one and that they had to be related with that name. I am so glad to find out where they (Mary T. and AM) went. Do you have any particular information on either of those two? I know you said most desc. of the other but I am really curious about those Trotters. Also, would you know the name of the library there off the top of your head? I would like to write them to see if I could get a copy of the information you mentioned. Thank you for telling me this. It is really interesting. 3. Hi Linda, Are your Purple & Gold pages from the Senior Issues? The complete senior issue for 1939 is already on the site. If not, could I get copies of your pages to add to the collection? I have around 15 more copies of P&G's to scan. Then the web site will be missing 2 issues having all the senior issues plus a few other monthly issues. Jim Bailey, Tim Pulley, the Clarksville Public Library and I will have a nice collection then that we have made available at the web site.
