    3. Don't remember who, but someone was looking for a Trotter. While reviewing some of my files I found this on page 20 of a Montgomery Co. record book (didn't write down which one). It was at the bottom of the page of something else I copied. State of Tennessee ) Agreeable to an order of Court to us Montgomery County) directed Barny Duff & Jos P Vaughn Justices of the Peace for said county to Settle with Isham Trotter administrator of Robert Trotter deceased we have made the following returns (?) to wit: No. 1 Willis Jacksons Receipt dated July 6th 1811 $ 107.25 2. 1. Re: [TNMONTGO-L] Cemetery Listing?
    2. I have seen a few requests here and I may as well throw my penny in the well as I haven't had much luck elsewhere: Would you please look for Adley MORRIS and his wife Mary/Polly (KNIGHT) MORRIS? I THINK his son, Carter, owned slaves, so there might be a will/property of some sort. I do not know if Carter was an only son. Also, if possible, would you please look for John SPEER and wife, Frances (McATEER) SPEER. Any help with my 'mystery' ancestors would be greatly appreciated! Thank you Julia > > >From: "Jason M. 2. Hello William, To find Woodlawn, go toward Dover from Clarksville. After you leave New Providence and start toward Dover on Hwy 79, Woodlawn is a community just a few miles west, and on the southern edge of Fort Campbell. It is in Montgomery County, before you cross into Stewart County. From the junction of US Hwy. 41A and US Hwy. 79, the distance is about 6 miles to the west, you being on US Hwy. 79. I hope this helps you. 2. William, Woodlawn, TN is in Northwestern Montgomery County on Highway 79, toward Dover, TN. Find Clarksville, TN (northwest of Nashville) on a map, then Hwy 79 West. Should be near city limits, below Ft. Campbell area. Jeff
