I'm in Tulsa. Modena and John R. are on my mother's mother's (Ida Ann Johnson, d/o Lewis Napolean) side. The Richardson/Pilkinton are Ida's husbands grandparents. Yeah, small world huh? Considering they were all in that general area about the same time and made it to Childress, Texas by different routes. This branch goes: Willie Morris Richardson b. 1894 Childress Co. Tx./James Oliver b.1858 Mo./Harbirt b.1822 TN.-Jemima Pilkinton b.1828 TN? The Early Eastern Tenn. Marriage Book list their marriage at Madisonville, Monroe Co. TN. on Nov.16, 1947. I have found a few Pilkinton's in Cherokee Co. NC. but just haven't been able to find Harbirt and Jemima's families.On the marriage list it is spelled Harbut Richeson/Jemima Pilkinton.
