I can't even imagine not owning this. My father is from Tellico and when I bought it I could not believe how many other families within this book connected to my own. All three of your names are in the book, don't know if they're your family, but the names are there. Within the book they could be found anywhere within another family, but I'm only going to note the ones that are titled and numbered for you. Article #807, HAWK, Page 226. Names mentioned are Tim Hawk, wife Rosseana and 2 young daughters, one being named Cordelia, these are times during the Civil War. Article submitted by a Lovingood. Article #918, JOHN AND MARY KELLEY, Pioneer Family, Pg 268. (Has photographs) Names mentioned John and Mary Kelley 0f SC, moved to McMinn Co in early 1800's. I just saw your reply to another message asking about names in the Monroe County book. Could you please tell me if there is anything mention of the Cordle, Caudill, and other spellings of this family name in the book. Elnathan CORDLE was in Mornoe County from about 1835 until at least 1861 and probably died there sometime after that date. Other surnames connected with him could be Martha PENDEGRASS, Isabella FRY, and Frederick & Elizabeth DEAN -- the first two being his wives and Elizabeth being his daughter from a previous marriage. Thank you very much for your help. Mary Hart
