TN with children and no husband. Some list Barbara MURRAY as BARBARA JULIEN MURRAY b. Jan. 10, 1770 Millsoboro, Randolph Co. NC ( d/o Rene Julien and Catherine Allred Madden ) Some also listed BARBARA JULIEN as having married a JOHN ANDREW or ANDREW MURRAY b. abt. 1768. Nothing more is known of him. WE NEED TO KNOW IF ANY MURRAY FAMILIES in MONROE CO. TN connect to a JOHN ANDREW or ANDREW MURRAY and if so please post it here or contact me at : [email protected] We know that ISAAC JULIEN brother of BARBARA JULIEN is also listed having lived near Barbara Murray on the 1830 Monroe Co. MURRAY who was the granddaughter of BARBARA JULIEN MURRAY and JOHN ANDREW or ANDREW MURRAY. Melinda E. Murray Richesin was the d/o RENNE MURRAY b. 1801 NC and Anna ELLIOTT also of that general area of TN. Renne Murray had land grant in McMinn Co. TN and most of his children are listed born in McMinn Co. TN, however by 1830 RENNE MOURY is listed on the RUTHERFORD CO. TN 1830 CENSUS and by 1834 is then listed as Rany Murray in GIBSON CO. TN where his wife Anna Elliott must have died. Renne Murray returned to MONROE CO. TN by 1840 as he is then listed as RENNY MURRY on pg. 177A of 1840 Monroe Co. TN Census with second wife REBECCA UNKNOWN and his children by ANNA ELLIOTT are listed by the 1850 M! onreo co. TN Census along with children by REBECCA UNKNOWN.
